Westwood Court Apartments

-No thermostat to adjust heat in apartment, which resulted in the apartment always being blistering hot in bedrooms at night. You have to pay for the electric, so enjoy having a high electric bill because if you don't run an air conditioner, you will be dying.
-Good luck getting ahold of anyone without a week's notice. Calls regularly unanswered and unreturned and office hours are not accurate as there is rarely anyone in the office. Emails aren't much better, they either only look at their... emails every three days or just choose not to answer tenants.
-The rugs that were improperly installed and ripped every time you opened a door? That's your fault and is coming out of your security deposit (which they won't answer when you will be receiving and attempt to brush you off when you ask questions about).
-The squirrels will harass you if you try to spend any time outside on the property and if they're not keeping you up at night, the constant yelling of the neighbor's kids will.
-The laundry room is disgusting, just go to the laundromat. It's the same cost either way and you won't risk locking yourself out of your apartment with no way back in because again, the office is almost always empty.

All in all, for apartments with no dishwashers, no in unit washers or dryers, they're still charging about the same rent as other places that have those amenities and actually respond to their tenants. Don't live here unless you have literally nowhere else to go and need to get in within the month. Lee mas
