Spring Park Apartamentos

The complex itself is beautiful, and so are the apartments in them. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because of how long it takes for them to fulfill a maintenance order, communication and property maintenance. There have been multiple issues with my unit in particular, that it would take them weeks on end to come and look at the maintenance request. One time, I was left a note saying if they had to come out and fix this issue again, I would be responsible for the repairs. It states... no where in my lease, that I would be responsible no matter the circumstance. Work orders get fulfilled like snail mail. The front office is also hard to get in touch with because they never answer the phone. When you do email them, it takes them 2 to 3 business days to get back to you. People also leave their dog poop everywhere. Yes, It’s in a great area, but there’s been a lot of issues with the complex and the apartment itself. I don’t believe it’s worth it to move in here. Centrally located, responsive management - nice apt layout with washer/dryer. Good schools and nice restaurants with grocery,drug store and post office nearby.

Everything is mostly good.
Bldgs lights are out and parking lot is dark.
Need to increase trash pickups or get a larger bin for the main/center location. It overflows on Sundays. People leave trash in front of the bin and put furniture and appliances on the sides.

We have been residents of Spring Park for over six years, which is testament to our satisfaction with our community.
