Bay Breeze Apartments

The office staff is useless. They don't know anything and don't care. Kids are racing on scooters and rollerblades throughout the complex day and night. You won't have a quiet moment here. Most presidents leave after one year.

Terrible property management company. People who work in the office are useless. Every few months, we have a new property manager, but the property managers don't know much. They will never help. And they lie.
The way they treat tenants is just awful! I can't wait to move out.

The property management company is horrible. We have a new Property Manager every few months, but they are all the same. Nobody knows what is going on. Nobody is responsible any anything.
Water leaks are everywhere. I have lived here for almost three years and can't wait to move out.

I've never written a "rating or review" for anything before, but I am so impressed with the people here I just had to. The Management team here can take lemons and make lemonaid. The people who were here before us did not move out when they said were going to and so the management team didn't have a lot of time to get the apartment ready for us. Thank you to the people who worked on fixing up the apartment. When we walked through the first time we were very impressed with how good of a job they... did! Also,the maintenance team here is the best I have ever seen before. We have lived in the Henderson area since the 90's and have had a great deal of experience with apartment complexes. To the owners of Bay Breeze, You have an excellent group of people running this complex, you really do. If you are looking for an apartment do yourself a favor and check out Bay Breeze.

With the new management, everything is getting more expensive and tons of new rules being enforced.

I mean we are being forced to pay monthly for "Trash Valet" where they pick up trash outside your door nightly.

We are being threatened to have our cars towed if we BACK IN to our stalls. This is getting rediculous and out of hand.

Stay away if you can. If you get a cheap rent offer, just keep in mind that the next year rent base will most likely be increased due to all of their renovations... .

Very unsatisfied customer. I hope this review helps someone who is looking into renting at this place. I would want to have insight from a current resident as well. Lee mas
