Overall I am dissatisfied with my experience so far. As a new tenant this apartment has been one problem after another and I have only been here 2 weeks. I hope to see some of my issues remedied within a reasonable timeframe, but that is up to management on whether or not my experience will turn for the better. My in-person conversations with the office are always positive and seem to be productive but whether or not anything can actually be reasonably resolved is another matter.
