Rethink your decision. We were excited at first and felt our concerns were addressed when brought to their attention. Now having to deal with the knocking noise happening every morning in our master bedroom only to be told of the noise ordinance each time without any consideration for us and our comfort. Our issue is still unresolved and our work order was closed TWICE. Keep in mind we’ve been here now for 4months and this noise wakes us up EVERY MORNING of everyday. Now I feel so hepeless.

The tenant manager relationship is very nice, caring and loving. However there too many rules which can be simplified or avoided for joyful living. You can make it more simple.

Other than this new parking policy because our assigned parking isn’t as close as it could be to our home and then we have to pay for a parking spot every month is kind of inconvenience. The parking structure before all this was better but I get it. Other than that I have been residing here for almost 4 years and management and maintenance have been accommodating, thank you so much!
