I would only recommend leasing here if you can’t get in anywhere else. The community manager is horrible at communication in resolving issues in her community, the maintenance team is sloppy, lazy and careless and this place is not nearly worth the amount of money they charge. Way too overpriced especially for it to be so outdated and old almost everything needs replaced the plumbing is bad and they have no care or urgency to resolve issues.

The Martinique Bay community is a great place to reside. I have been here for 16 months and only have one complaint. I was assigned the parking spot next to the dumpster and have noticed my vehicle has splashes and mark from other people's garbage. Not a good situation. That spot should not be assigned to anyone. Other than that issue, I'm content.
