Radiance at Rock Springs

I have lived here since the place opened, and there have been quite a few staff changes. The current staff seems to be the best in my opinion. They are kind, welcoming, and caring but they enforce the rules. I am very happy and plan to stay here permanently.

I was so impressed with the staff and property Radiance has! They were so kind and welcoming, they were patient through all questions and they made my grandmother feel like one of their own, which means the world to me. Luxury, to say the least--I only wanted the best for her, so you know this place came with it for me to feel comfortable leaving the matriarch of my family here. Thank you Radiance team and Ovation for building this lovely oasis for seniors.

When we first rented here they had a great management team and we were told that then pool was year round use. It was continually heated and open 24/7. They changed management teams and the the pleasures we enjoyed have now fallen to the wayside. The pool is no longer going to be heated in the winter but "it will be open year round". Haha, I guess they are targeting the Polar Bear crowd now. They had a private security company that would respond after hours. That has been stopped. With... this being a 55+ community you would think that Covid protocol would be important. Nope, staff won't wear masks and they won't ask others to cover up when in common areas. Be careful, pets are allowed and pet waste in the hallways and on the grounds are common place. I thoroughly enjoyed my first year here after the opening, but now that all the apartments are rented out, they seem to be trying to save money with the new management team, turning off the pool heater, cancelling the after-hours security, neglecting maintenance and safety issues. Not impressed with this brand-new community. They said residents are responsible for Wi-Fi coverage in common areas outside of their apartment. That is ridiculous. I am staying away.
