If I could give them zero stars, I would! There is always dog poop on the ground and in front of the apartment door and maintenance rarely picks up the dog poop; they expect the tenants to pick up poop of someone else's dog. The walls are very thin so you will hear lots of noise coming from the apartments next door to you. There are frequent car break-ins and they will also tow your car if your registration is not up to date. They also have people who come enter your apartment without your... notice to check alarms in the apartment and they also have maintenance perform yard work in front of tenants' front door without notice. The staff, Essie and Paige are very rude after you have paid the rent for move-in; they do not acknowledge their tenants nor the apartment needs! They also try to charge you lots of money when you move out although the apartment is left looking the way it was when you moved in. Save yourself the trouble of living here, do not make a terrible mistake! Lee mas

I have been a resident here for a little over a year and a half now. The staff in the leasing office is always kind and willing to help with whatever way possible they can. They are always friendly and I have yet to have a bad experience. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and friendly as well. They always get the maintenance requests done in a time manner and their repair work is done professionally. They work diligently to keep the property clean. It’s quiet here. Their rates are... competitive with neighboring apartment properties but the friendliness of the staff is what stuck out too me. Big thanks to Kasi and Julissa in the leasing office for always being friendly and answering any questions I have. Also, thanks to Josh in maintenance, he is very personable and his knowledge of electrical and A/C is spot on. Thank you to everyone else in the leasing office and maintenance crew as well but, I unfortunately can’t put a name to a face. Lee mas

This apartment and complex does the trick. The apartments are nice with big rooms. Maintenance is quick. Staff is friendly. Complex has all the essentials.

But if you are looking to live in the lap of luxury this may not be the place for you. The appliances are a bit out dated. The parking is packed and not the best. The gym could be updated and stocked properly. The pool was 24 hours which was very nice but they changed that recently.

Tivoli has given us the peace and security of being at home.The rate is reasonably and the staff is professional.Maintenace is excellent and the landscape is very beautiful.Tivoli has many community events to bring the neighbors together.The apartments all are spacious.Tivoli is a friendly,peaceful
And a excellent place to call home,love living here.
