We're happy with our specific space but the office has not been communicative about our concerns of the building. We signed the lease under the assumption the pool would be open by June, and we do not like having to pay the trash service when we're right next to the refuse room. The one time we used it they didn't even take all of our items. And baseline, the concept is kind of gross. Raw trash/garbage souping in the hallways for two hours each night? The hallways always smell like a dumpster....
We sent a letter to the office detailing these issues through Bozzuto's portal and the office claims to not have record. That is highly concerning... Where do those reviews go? Entirely ignored and unable to recalled when followed up on?
There is a steep lack of communication and proper management within the building.

We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention regarding the letter you submitted through the Bozzuto portal. We understand how frustrating it can be when communication appears to go unanswered, and we sincerely apologize that your message... was not relayed to our office directly.
As mentioned during your recent visit to the office, we did follow up with a phone call to address the issues you raised. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your original correspondence, but please be assured that we are fully committed to addressing the matters outlined in your letter. Your feedback is valuable, and we recognize the communication gaps you've experienced—this is something we are actively working to improve.
On a positive note, we’re pleased to share that the necessary work on the pool has been completed. We anticipate it will be fully operational in May. We regret that the pool was not available last summer as planned and appreciate your patience. While we hope the temporary access to the Mineola community pool provided some relief, we understand it was not a true replacement for the on-site amenity.
Regarding the valet trash service, we’d like to clarify that it is a mandatory building amenity designed to enhance convenience and maintain cleanliness throughout the property. We understand your concerns about the proximity to the refuse room, unpleasant odors in the hallways, and occasional incomplete pickups. We are working closely with our vendor to ensure trash is collected promptly and properly each night, and we are enforcing the pickup schedule more strictly to minimize any disruption.
Additionally, we want to remind you that trash bins are provided as part of this service. If your current bin is worn or if you believe a replacement would be helpful, please let us know—we’ll be happy to provide a new one.
We would also like to schedule a dedicated time to meet with you in person to discuss the trash service logistics and any other concerns you may have. Our goal is to ensure your experience in the building is a positive one, and we will follow up with you directly to arrange a convenient time.
