We're happy with our specific space but the office has not been communicative about our concerns of the building. We signed the lease under the assumption the pool would be open by June, and we do not like having to pay the trash service when we're right next to the refuse room. The one time we used it they didn't even take all of our items. And baseline, the concept is kind of gross. Raw trash/garbage souping in the hallways for two hours each night? The hallways always smell like a dumpster....	 
We sent a letter to the office detailing these issues through Bozzuto's portal and the office claims to not have record. That is highly concerning... Where do those reviews go? Entirely ignored and unable to recalled when followed up on? 
There is a steep lack of communication and proper management within the building.
