Swiss Garden Townhomes

If you move in here. You will regret it until your one year lease is up. They do nothing. Maintenance men quit. They don't get paid. They don't plow in the winter. You can't drive in the parking lot in the winter. There is like a foot of snow.You call them to fix something. They say they are going to send someone there.And no one shows up. They don't give you back your security deposit. And everyone pays a different amont of rent. When the apartments are the same. This company is no good. Don't... waste your money renting here. This place is nothing short of a nightmare. Our bathroom shower leaked into our living room for over a year. Our door was broken. There is a large infestation of venomous wolf spiders. Drugs are bought and sold in the parking lot. The office people are extremely rude. I called many times with maintenance issues. Every time they said they hadn't been told of these problems and they would get them fixed but never would make any repairs. We bought new door knobs to fix the door issue and they... would not reimburse us. I sent pictures of all the items in need of repairs but nothing was ever done. The "owner", Russ, gave my phone number out without my consent or knowledge. The heating and
cooling systems are in need of replacment. They don't give security deposits back. The only positive thing I can say about swiss gardens is they make moving a joy! Lee mas

Absolutely terrible place to live! They never come and fix anything! A pipe burst in our apartment and they sent someone 2 weeks later to fix it. After I had already called a handyman myself to fix it and pay for it out of my own pocket. Then they left a huge hole in our ceiling for 3 months until I threatened to get codes in there. I have been fighting them for my security deposit back now for 3 months. I also have talked to other renters from there and they have gone a year without getting... their security deposit back. Don't rent from them at all!!! They also have apartments called Clinton View. Don't rent there either! Lee mas

They do not come and fix anything! Very Rude people that work there. They don't give you your security deposit back. A guy named Russ is the owner supposedly. I have never been allowed to speak to him or when I have asked for them to have him call me back, someone else always does because he is always unavailable. I've had it with this place and the people who work there.

Living here is a complete nightmare. The dumpster is always overflowing, the walls are paper thin you can hear absolutely everything the neighbor is doing. They refuse to fix anything. Every time we call with a problem they tell us they'll call a handyman and then no one gets back to us. The women that answer the phone in the office are EXTREMELY rude. The parking lot is destroyed..the list goes on. As soon as our lease is up we're out of here. If you're looking to live in this area save... yourself the headache and look right over this place, or anything owned by Ashford Management Company. I wish i could give this place a no-star rating.
