My son recently rented the studio apartment at this property and is so pleased. The property manager, David is the best. Responsive and delivered on what he told my son he would do to get the property ready for him quicker than we could have imagined. It is a well kept a very handsome property in the historical district of Rochester, walking distance to everything! The apartment building kept its integrity while bringing the building up to code. It is safe, well maintained, and the best kept... secret in Rochester. So happy we found this property. We looked at many places and it was the only one that clicked most of the boxes, the primarily reason was the customer service provided by the property manager. Lee mas
