Responsive and delivered on what he told my son he would do to get the property ready for him quicker than we could have imagined. It is a well kept a very handsome property in the historical district of Rochester, walking distance to everything! The apartment building kept its integrity while bringing the building up to code. It is safe, well maintained, and the best kept... secret in Rochester. So happy we found this property.
