Campbell Hill Apartments

Over my short time living here I've dealt with worn out appliances, construction workers in my windows, ant infestations, and seemingly a child who likes to let air out of people car tires. It is frustrating to communicate with greenbriar management.
The apartments are spacious but rooms are awkardly sized, making it hard to feel fully comfortable.

Overall my living experience here has been alright. Other than the constant plumbing issues, and occasional ant infestations. Maintenance seems to be on top of things and they come the next business day. But my biggest complaint is the construction!!! I work third shift and I sleep during the day, but I can’t sleep when I have people working on my roof (without notice) for hours! Another thing we could use is speed bumps, people are speeding throughout the parking lot going 35-40mph! It’s just... not safe! I have almost gotten in multiple accidents just in this parking lot from people not driving cautiously! Lastly, late at night there’s multiple men drunkenly screaming outside of my unit even on weeknights. Some have even tried to enter my home!! I understand that this is a college town but being woken up by someone screaming outside of my window every week without fail is not okay! Lee mas

Dirtiest, filthiest place I have ever seen. The apartment was supposedly vacant for 20 days & we were told to allow maintenance to go in & prep apartment for the new tenant. Not only was it disgustingly dirty, wall hanging holders were broken, light bulbs burned out, cabinets hanging off hinges, broken plumbing, broken appliances, furnace clogged with debris,.. etc. There is no way that these apartments get inspected or are possibly up to code. So very disappointed!! Cant believe someone would... actually give someone keys to an apartment that was so poorly maintained. Very poor representation & I would never recommend this place to anyone-unfortunately we have a lease agreement & had to disinfect the entire place & create the lengthiest maintenance list to submit. ( after spending hours cleaning & $$ on cleaning supplies) Lee mas
