Broadway Court Apartments

You are just a paycheck here. Cars are broken into and jacked weekly, broken glass and disgusting trash is all over the cracked parking lot. Roaches and flies are abundant. Non-residents loiter in the building at all hours. Gunshots every night. Landlord ignores and avoids messages and only gets in touch when they need something. Maintenance does not fix crucial problems. The "free heat" means you cannot control your apartment's temperature and it is boiling in the summers. In the winter, the... inside apartments gets below the legal limit of 68 degrees. AC in the units are not made for the size of them, so if you don't want to die of heat stroke you will have an insane electric bill. Water runs dirty and the temperature constantly changes. Lee mas

I lived here 2 years and the 2nd year in, bed bugs everywhere. They brought out cheap exterminators numerous times and the whole place / all the neighbors were losing it. Both buildings are loaded with them!!

This apartment located just east of clintonville is directly across from a beautiful park...there's a large courtyard and lots of parking...hardwood floors, ample closets and an eat in kitchen all for a decent price..my building is pet friendly and secured...also they pay for water and heat...I am lucky I found this gem minutes from high st!!!
