If I could fewer stars I would. Will not answer emails in a timely manner and flat out ignores many emails. Maintenance request is still outstanding from 9 months ago and the first part took 6 months to complete. They do not adhere to lease agreements and fight you on standing up for your renters rights.Rent goes up by at least $50 a month every year despite no improvements made and units being very outdated

Lived here for two years and the rent constantly went up with no improvement to anything. Interior is old and outdated and not worth the price you'll be paying. There is one washer and dryer in the building and you have to fight to use it.. if it works that week. You can't even have pets even though you're paying for the high rent. Old carpets and broken doors and tiles when we moved in.
