6 suite apartment house could be a nice place to live however current owner and property manager have chosen to ignore any problems that need attention on the property. They significantly raise rent on certain tenants to make up for other tenants paying less. The grounds are poorly kept and offer not a hint of landscaping. Inside of building is no different. It is rarely kept clean and has its fair share of dirt, dust, and insects. Suites themselves lack updating of any kind including wear and... tear items such as carpet, air conditioners, etc. Which have not been replaced on a regular basis as required. Laundry room contains one each of an extra noisy washer and dryer. Aside from location this building comes without amenities or maintenance therefore is over priced. Just another case of landlord sitting back collecting rent checks leaving building to run itself while falling into neglect and disrepair. Lee mas
