The Dylan

I have enjoyed my stay at the Dylan immensely. I have never heard a next door neighbor. I rarely come across people but when I do everyone has been so friendly and we all help each other out. I once left for a brief trip and somehow left my front door cracked open. I got a call from the office saying a neighbor had come to them out of concern and she was reaching out to make sure I was okay. When I informed her of my mistake she immediately offered to go lock it for me. I was so impressed with... both her and the other tenants consideration. The amenities are all well kept and the management team is so diligent and understanding. I had toured nearly every waterfront complex and I am very happy I chose the Dylan. I have no regrets and plan to sign for another year Lee mas

The building itself is amazing, and the staff are very friendly! Great place to call home in Portland.

The building is very clean, quiet, and well kept. Common areas, mailroom, gym, and both levels of parking are secure and clean. Management has been responsive, courteous and helpful with everything. The unit I am renting has a tremendous amount of storage and is very well laid out. The sealed concrete floor/ceiling with properly soundproofed walls have made for a very quiet living experience. I do appreciate the DAS installation on the parking levels so that we may have cellular reception.... Renting isn’t cheap on the South Waterfront - I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth here. I've been living at The Dylan for about a month now and I've really enjoyed my experience here. The staff is very kind and I really enjoy being around all the other people that live in the building. The neighborhood is beautiful and I really enjoy walking my dog outside and seeing all the other people/dogs walking around.

I have been here for only 2 weeks and I have enjoyed living here so far (albeit the typical apartment noise and traffic noise due to the complex’s proximity to the freeway).

The amenities are clean and modern. I like how close I am to my job. I love how big the windows are to maximize all the light my apartment can get during the day.

The leasing team has been helpful and patient with all my questions since I have moved here too, especially Sage. She was constantly answering my calls even... before I moved. Vito was also very prompt with my maintenance requests during my first week here and taught me some things about my unit that I wasn’t aware of.

I look forward to the rest of my stay here :). Lee mas
