Folcroft Gardens Apartments

No office on site and every one that can be reached via email are incompetent and the company is borderline scammy. The charge fees just to pay rent. Maintenance orders left undone. Trash and old furniture left all over the property. Talk to any of my neighbors and they all have the same sentiment. Lastly there was an electrical issue a few months ago. Fire dept came out late at night and couldn’t reach one person from the complex management. Residents were left without power and without... guarantee that any issues would truly be fixed aside from the information the fire captain provided. Lee mas

Called early in the morning (10 a.m.) to tour an apartment (4:30 p.m.). Arrived 10 mins early to my appointment, called management when I arrived & was told that the person I was meeting with was running late. 20 mins went by, then 30 went by. When I finally left the person I was suppose to meet with called me saying that they had just arrived an hour later.

This place is a mess, I've been living in this apartment for a few years now but the current management doesn't do anything. The heat is always not working for days to weeks, but they still charge you for heating. The heat bill always goes up every month, they never get your work order done. Lately rats, and roaches are starting to come in, I can't wait for my lease to be over to leave.

The ONLY thing good about this place is the two minute walk to the train! The apartment size is fine, however the building a old so you hear every squeak and creak as people walk above you. You know when people leave and when they return. It is NOT smoke free. They smoke everything in this building and management says as long as it’s in their unit there is nothing that can be done. It feel like dorm life if you ever were in the military or college.. j would never recommend this place for an... adult who works and needs rest. Lee mas

These one bedroom apartments are decently sized for one or two people, overall nice appearance. However, there is VERY little sunlight, being in my apartment feels very stuffy and suffocating even when I open the two windows I have. I wish there was some outdoor space. The hallway ALWAYS smells disgusting. They should have a limit to 2 people per apartment because many of our neighbors have over 3 people living in their apartment and they always get very loud. The walls are VERY thin. As soon as... my lease is up, I am getting far away from here! Lee mas
