William Penn management is awful. You will not be able to get a hold of them. I have left countless messages requesting for a call back but they never did. They only times they will contact you is if you are adding anything to your unit that makes them money or if they are increasing your rent. Anything else you can forget it! The maintenance here is mediocre. My unit's front door was missing the latch so I was unable to lock it for months. They say the heat is free however, it does not work.... You will have to buy heaters for your unit which will ultimately cost you more on electric unless you're okay with a 50 degree temperature inside your home during fall/winter time. The outside buzzers do not work. The "emergency" line is a joke. I called them with an issue and they told me that they don't assist with that and that it was too early to call back at a later time. Do yourself a favor and stay away unless you don't mind living in a place where all your needs will be neglected. William Penn management will not care for anything that you may need unless it makes them money! Lee mas

My unit was dirty when I moved in. The management people will be super sweet and nice to you until you sign that dotted line. Actually that will probably be the last time you'll ever hear from them. If you rent a unit that's in the building by the funeral home, be prepared to not have a parking spot when you come home from work and they have a funeral going on. Management does not enforce any parking regulations. They give you a sticker as if that's supposed to give you some type of exclusive... access to the lot when it doesn't. Also maintenance will walk into your home at any given point should they please to do so just because and without any prior notice. The shower curtain rod in my unit was literally placed on the wall without any screws or any support whatsoever. Called maintenance, nothing was done. So also be prepared to do lots of out of pocket repairs. Just do yourself a favor and don't do business with William Penn group. Lee mas

Awful management. After you sign that lease they go ghost on you. They will ignore you until you do something extraordinary to get their attention. Forget about any repairs being done by maintenance and be prepared for lots of out of pocket repairs since they do not like to return phone calls.
