“We put in grey vinyl floors now pay premium prices”

Have to park half way across the complex most nights. Trash is piled behind dumpsters instead of in them. Carpet smells bad. Mold in A/C system. Very outdated and poorly built/maintained buildings. All of that and very overpriced.

great place to live

Amazing staff and maintenance is so helpful. Any thing we needed as we moved in we were helped quickly. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Great community

Verandas on the Green is one of the premier rental communities in Aiken. I have lived here 3 years and I love it here. Such a peaceful community and well kept community. One thing you will enjoy is the peace and quiet. Everyone n the office is amazing and delighted to help you. It helps with paying rent and contacting maintenance whenever you need something fixed. they are always professional and friendly. Not to mention i feel like I got away with a steal on the floorplan. The apartments are... so comfortable and you don't feel squished.Really been enjoying my time and stay here. Highly recommended

I like living at Verandas on the Green because of Beverly, Courtney and Kristie. They give great customer service. The apartment community is a peaceful place to live.

Verandas on the Green

Me and my roomate have lived here for a year, and just signed another year lease. We attend USC Aiken and this complex is great for us! We love how close it is to the university and it's a great price. We enjoy the people around us and the office staff. They are always helpful and respond to our work orders in a timely manner. Verandas on the Green is awesome!
