I moved into a apartment here from ny it is both roach and bed bug infested i am disabled and have to use the stairs 9 stories down if there is a fire or drill. i have no storage space and can't afford to rent a storage unite. the toilet has no seat cover, there is no door for my closet and it is very small water pressure is poor. the kitchen dinning area and living room are one room. the bed room is small you can fit only a twin bed in it. i am severely unhappy happy living here.

The Staff That Runs Joseph Floyd Manor Doesn't Care About The Tenants Well Being!! The Maintenance Worker's Does A Poor Job In Keeping Up The Grounds... They Have Roaches,Bed Bugs,Mildew,Fruit Flies, & Rats Here Also!! In Most Of The Apartments It's Just Paint On Top Of Old Paint On The Walls!! Some Days You Have Water & Other Days You Don't!! For Them To Save Money They Hire The Tenants That Lives Here To Work The Desk Instead Of Hiring A Security Guard!! 1 More Thing You Should Know Before You... Move Here...There's Heavy Drug Activity That Goes In Here Everyday!! So If You Decide After All Of This You Still Want To Come & Live Here Oh Well...Every Other Week Someone Dies In Here & When You Die They Put All Of Your Belongings In The T.V. Room So That The Tenants Can Pick Out Whatever They May Want To Keep!! Lee mas
