Great experience so far! I just moved in but my unit is clean and spacious and has awesome natural light. The amentiries are awesome- the pool is a bit small but everything else is great!

A nice apartment building with great staff and amenities in a decent location. An abundant amount of pet stains on every floor and constant barking though.

The amenities are nice, but if you live in the smaller ECL building you have to pay for them, which is not industry standard. Many amenity features are often out of order. The mgmt staff is largely unresponsive, and there is very high staff turnover. I’ve lived here 3 years and have seen at least 3 mgmt companies.
A positive is the location, which is one of the best in town for a more reasonable price.

The location is great with a lot of places in walking distance. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful! They do fun community events! Overall solid place to live!

The building has issues from when it was initially built, and it is clear the construction was done with the intention of being fast and cheap. The current property managers and maintenance people are fantastic, and try to address the issues as promptly as they are able, but do not be surprised if some issues from the original build arise.
