Nice place, with only one issue so far
Nicely renovated studio apartments. I have lived here almost a month and had to lower my star because of one reason. The hot water works sporadically. They said it is an issue with the city but has not been fixed yet. Other than that, these are nice apartments. It is taking time to get used to downsizing to a studio apartment and problems that bring like limited storage. They are working on improvements like dog park, coffee bar and the ability to use the workout and laundry room for hours when... staff are not there. The staff are great and nice. I look forward to my time here and will update in a few months.
