Beautiful property and an amazing staff. Ms. Latoya Smith was super helpful and kind. I love that the entire property feels like a true community. Thankful for all they do!

I spent my entire adult life moving from apartment to apartment. I always felt like a "guest," when I stayed in them. Then, I found Congaree Villas through my grandmother. She moved into one of these apartments a few months before I got my own apartment here. I was blown away honestly. The management, the maintenance team, and the community seemed almost surreal, especially knowing my neighbor would be my own grandmother. I lived here for about two years before I got a house of my own, and I... "grew out," of these apartments. If it wasn't for this change, I'd probably live here forever. Everyone was so friendly to both me and my grandmother, even after she moved away. I am so grateful for my time here, and both Angel and Heather made me feel like a real resident, rather than a guest. I have nothing but high praise for these apartments. I recommend them to all my friends who have been in a similar situation of apartment hopping, and I've never once heard anything negative. I don't have any children, but many of my neighbors do, and they always seem so happy. Very homey, very comforting, and overall, a beautiful place to call home. Lee mas

I really loved living at Congaree Villas as my first-time apartment. Kathy the manager is super friendly, she knows everyone and she'll text you if you got a package and make sure it's safe in the leasing office. I lived in the inner circle so you can sometimes hear kids having fun by the pool but for the most part its quiet, even with living so close to two interstates! Maintenance was good for the most part, except for the fact that the microwaves do not ventilate at all and they don't know... how to fix that. Driving into Columbia was easy, just take two lefts and drive 12 to 20 minutes on Charleston Hwy to get into downtown (it varies due to how many stoplights you hit, two of them you can wait at for 3 minutes if you just missed the green light). I will say that turning left out of the complex is difficult at certain times (7am and 5pm) due to a school being just up the road and the two stop lights are just far away enough so that cars never align, or its just bad luck on my part. Any other time of day it's not bad at all. Sometimes parking can get annoying if a lot of people live in one apartment but for the most part parking isn't too big of a problem. I wouldn't have minded having assigned parking if each apartment always had the two closest to its door. But overall, I would stay here again if I wasn't moving out of state! Lee mas
