I was considering renting here because of the convenient access to I 64, but the parking policy is a major concern. If family or visitors need to stay overnight, they are required to pay to park. After scanning the QR code, I saw it is $1 per hour or $5 per night. I do not understand why residents’ guests should have to pay simply to visit.

I am not sure how new this policy is, but if the complex is charging for parking, there should be transparency about where that money is going. It is... clearly not being put toward maintaining the roads and parking lots within the community, which are already in poor condition.

This policy alone made me not want to choose to live here. Lee mas

The reviews about the creaking of the floors in these apartments are true. I do not recommend moving into a ground / lower floor unit if you want to enjoy being in your own home. I can hear literally every single step my upstairs neighbor takes and it sounds like the ceiling is going to fall through!! Trying to resolve this with friendly confrontation but I see this being an ongoing problem. I can't get adequate rest. They have also painted over the light switches and doors in my apartment so... many times it looks terrible. Whoever does your paint jobs needs to be let go. Lee mas

This place is old, ran down and smells. Put lipstick on a pig it’s still a pig. Overpriced and so many hidden fees if u don’t read the contract. Honestly there’s a lot of new Apt popping up in Nashville with better club house, newer amenities that are 100$-200 more than this trash place. For me it was a no brainer after my lease was up. Run run run and thank me later.

The worst living experience I've ever dealt with:
-filthy grounds...trash is always scattered around, esp near dumpsters. A (probably) rained on moldy mattress sat on the ground in front of my dumpster for over a month before it was removed.

-irresponsible maintenance...I was out of town and had a work order active while I was gone. They failed to lock the door behind them when it was complete. I could have been robbed clean!

-no on-site management...good luck getting to speak with someone if... you have a concern. And if you're lucky enough to get a response, it'll probably be them pushing the problem onto someone else. I had a problem at the end of my lease and I'm still waiting for a response...been 2.5 weeks.

-loud neighbors and paper thin walls. Drugs and thugs a-plenty. Having no gates or security doesn't help this problem. They're more concerned about you wearing your pool bracelet than your personal safety.

-also, be aware you will be paying for pest control every month, but they don't provide the service. They didn't once while I was there. And your water bill will fluctuate each month. And I'm not talking about a few dollars difference. My bill was sky high one month when I was out of town for a week and a half...how does that make sense?!

Unless you like these kinds of problems...don't lease here!!! Been a nonstop headache for the last 14 months. Lee mas
