We love the location and layout of our apartment. We don’t love how the hot water takes forever to warm up and only really works if another faucet is on (depending on which faucet we’re using). We also don’t love how difficult it is to get things fixed. We typically have to put a work order in and then call and stop by the office multiple times before it gets addressed. Even then, a maintenance person will come look at it, confirm it does need fixed, and then come back a day or two later. We’ve... figured out how to make it work, but it’s a hassle. Also, a warning: the doors are narrower than standard doors, so make sure your furniture will fit in the door before signing a lease. Lee mas

About the only negative issue I've experienced is that my local management office lack communication or does not return correspondence promptly!!

Good job, it’s a great job lace to live! We especially love the location and the front office staff. They helped make the rental process to easy!

The apartment itself is fine. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The dog park could use an update fence. Having a second dog park would be beneficial.

Not great.

Pro's: They installed washer / drier on time for my move in & the location seems to be relatively quiet and peaceful.

Con's: Once you sign your lease, you are on your own. Emails dont get replied to & maintenance is honestly really bad.

Two example's: One, I noticed the bathroom in the master had a broken toilet handle, would not flush. I reported it, as a "emergency" like your supposed to. 6 days later after nobody came or contacted me, I just bought parts and fixed it myself....

Two, I got locked out due to my own stupidity of leaving a clicker in my car rental. Again, calling the emergency automated line, for 3.5 hours I waited outside the house, leaving several messages. Eventually giving up, and going to a hotel. Returned next morning, leasing office arranged maintenance (they smashed the window) and though they should they would return to board it up, they never did. New to US, no contacts here, so depended on them to help, that was a mistake. Lee mas
