Sucks on communicating
I applied here friday the 4th. Spoke with Chelle. She was very nice and we had a good conversation. My issue is with communication. I applied on a friday. Was informed by my boss they reached out that same day to verify employment. I'm like okay let me give them a couple days to get back with me by tuesday. I still had not heard anything. Yesterday Wednesday the 9th I called left a message and also emailed them. No response so I decided to call again today they answered and told me I was denied... which is okay, but I feel they could have at least updated it in the applicant portal or contacted me something. Not just leave me to wonder and anticipate. After paying the app fee I feel the least they could have done was reached out to me in some type of way to inform me so that I could figure out my next steps and not just be sitting around waiting when they are aware I've been denied. Very pretty apartments. Was looking to make this my home. Very disappointed in the communication. They lost cool points with that one.
