Sucks on communicating

I applied here friday the 4th. Spoke with Chelle. She was very nice and we had a good conversation. My issue is with communication. I applied on a friday. Was informed by my boss they reached out that same day to verify employment. I'm like okay let me give them a couple days to get back with me by tuesday. I still had not heard anything. Yesterday Wednesday the 9th I called left a message and also emailed them. No response so I decided to call again today they answered and told me I was denied… which is okay, but I feel they could have at least updated it in the applicant portal or contacted me something. Not just leave me to wonder and anticipate. After paying the app fee I feel the least they could have done was reached out to me in some type of way to inform me so that I could figure out my next steps and not just be sitting around waiting when they are aware I've been denied. Very pretty apartments. Was looking to make this my home. Very disappointed in the communication. They lost cool points with that one.

No Luck On Our End

We were very excited to move here because of the amazing reviews, despite the fact we had to downsize, however we haven’t had much luck with a great experience.
We have noticed there are a TON of people who visit this complex and stay at the pool for hours after it’s closed, which is unfortunate for us since we live next to the pool. These are people, we have noticed, do not live here and take up a lot of our parking.
We also submitted an inventory list for move in and it took a very long time… for someone to come by. We finally called the office and they sent someone by at the hour we requested, which is important for us. The maintenance person didn’t arrive until 3 hours later and left in the middle of the job to take his lunch break. We are obviously not upset he is taking a lunch break, just the fact that we have to wait again for our move in issues to be resolved (we moved in almost a month ago)
Hoping everything turns around for us, but as of right now, we haven’t had the best experience.

Love it!

I just moved in, and I already love it! Monique is very welcoming and made my move in such a breeze. I love the neighborhood and the apartment is well kept-very safe and well lit. When my AC wasn't working after hours, they came and fixed it the very next morning! I would confidently recommend these apartments.

Amazing complex.

I just moved in to this apartment complex, I had a rough time in the search for an apartment to stay in. finally i am so happy that I chose Riverside apartments, great facilities available and the complex is brand new, the kindness and sweetness of the staff there is amazing. There property manager Courtney was so helpful and made my move in smooth. I am excited to spend the next months there.

Very Pleased!

I moved to the property in August. Staff is super and was very helpful in assisting me throughout the move in process. I am happy with my decision to moved to Riverside!
