Highly suggest you look elsewhere
I rented an apartment here in 2022, and it was a nightmare from the start. We were not allowed to tour our unit until after we had signed the lease. Upon moving in, we found it dirty, with wet carpets in both bedrooms. The windows were caulked and nailed shut, and the bathroom faucet was leaking.
Maintenance was a joke. Our requests would sit for weeks, sometimes months, without any response. Despite being residents, our vehicles were towed twice, causing significant inconvenience. By summer,... mold was growing from every window and vent, posing serious health risks. The air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the apartment at a stifling 80 degrees even when set to the lowest temperature.
While roaches were a regular nuisance, the laundry room situation was even worse. The cameras didn’t work, and I had multiple loads of clothing stolen. The management team changed every few months, and no one seemed to know what they were doing or how to address the ongoing issues.
Renting here was an awful experience. Please, be extremely cautious if you consider living here.
