Management at the office is ok at times they can be rude and rush most things. My biggest gripe is maintenance and the so called renovations that they're doing. They go very cheap in solving issues which I normally wouldn't complain about if they price of the rent stayed the same. Rent will creep up and the service will not improve with increased rent, mold and infestations will take weeks to actually be taken care of. If you plan to live long term here (4+ years) don't because of all the... reasons previously mentioned. Overall you get what you pay for. Lee mas

Since new management took over I've noticed a significant improvement in how things are run here, making life much easier. And the new staff are not only approachable but also very responsive to my needs.

They're are clearly committed to maintaining a high standard of living, and their attention to detail does not go unnoticed, the team's professionalism and efficiency have really made a difference. It's refreshing to see a management team that truly cares about their resident's comfort and... satisfaction.

I would highly this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable living environment. Kudos to the new management for making such a positive impact! Lee mas

Terrible place! I was here for about a year and it wasn’t it. I remember their security guards pulling a gun on a young couple for cleaning their car at night. Maintenance is never here. Requests are never getting fulfilled. Management is rude and doesn’t answer the phone. Have terrible plumbing problems and break ins. Don’t care about their residents safety. I think the only good thing about this place is the how spacious the rooms are. Terrible communication. Infested with roaches... and bugs. The dog area is nasty. Garbage everywhere and not a healthy environment Lee mas

No maintenance requests being fulfilled. Leasing manager is extremely rude and will get you for every nickel and dime. Hornets, roaches and rats run this apartment. Don't be fooled.

I don't even have words that describe the horrid experience that I have had with the front office there. I wouldn't wish my experience upon my worst enemy. All I can say is AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! If i can post pictures I would!!!!
