Great place to live

Loved living here! It was affordable, quiet, pet-friendly. Lina is very attentive as well as maintenance. Would definitely recommend living here.

Great place to stay

I have stayed at this apartment for eight months while working at Texas A&M. There are several reasons why this is an exceptional place to stay, namely its safe and convenient location and incredible management team. The management is led by Ms. Lina, who is very attentive, reachable, and friendly. When I had any maintenance issue, it gets fixed the next day, even on the weekend.

In a two-bedroom apartment with my family, I enjoyed all the comforts. A quiet and cozy apartment with affordable... rent meets all expectations. The living situation was perfect.

Great Apartments

Nice and quiet apartments and close to A&M. Management is awesome and maintenance was always there if I had any issues.

All-around great experience

I have lived here for 2 years out of my 4-year tenure as a student at Texas A&M, and I couldn't have asked for a better living situation. I have benefitted greatly from living here in close proximity to the University. The complex is very well managed by Lina, who is a very sweet lady and is always reachable and accommodating. My 2-bedroom apartment is very affordable and far exceeded my expectations for the price point. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a 1- or... 2-bedroom apartment. I'm going to be sad to leave when I graduate!

Excellent management

Lina is an sweet and attentive landlord who really cares about her tenants. I've lived here for a couple of years and absolutely loved my little treehouse loft. A peaceful and cozy place to live!
