I have stayed at this apartment for eight months while working at Texas A&M. There are several reasons why this is an exceptional place to stay, namely its safe and convenient location and incredible management team. The management is led by Ms. Lina, who is very attentive, reachable, and friendly. When I had any maintenance issue, it gets fixed the next day, even on the weekend.

I have lived here for 2 years out of my 4-year tenure as a student at Texas A&M, and I couldn't have asked for a better living situation. I have benefitted greatly from living here in close proximity to the University. The complex is very well managed by Lina, who is a very sweet lady and is always reachable and accommodating.
