You must be the manager. I now pay $400 more per month in my new place, so it is not an issue of affordability. My move was most definitely worth it. I agree, it is mostly quiet. However, drug dealers in the dark of night prefer the quiet. 3 months ago there was a gunshot victim in front of building 8. The entire parking lot was roped off with caution tape. Do you remember the notice posted that told of the armed holdup of the resident in building 4? It is no longer a "safe" apartment... complex. The management does not maintain the premises. Don't believe these people who could not afford to live here. I've been living here going on 6 years and it has be terrific. I enjoy the area. There are a lot of places to eat, shop, and be entertained. It's not a high crime area. We're right on the border where Dallas meets Plano, Addison, and Richardson. This is 1 perfect place to live and did I mention it is very quiet

I went 2 months without air conditioning in the summer. The trash dumpsters are full and over-flowing which has created a rat and possum problem. Ants will swarm your unit on a daily basis. the maintenance is a joke. They will NOT do any preventative maintenance. You will find the only maintenance man sleeping in his truck on a daily basis. Oh yeah, he steals from you. The manager is a complete moron. She lies and charges for water and sewer with calculations that are AGAINST THE LAW! If... you like the slums, you will like these dumps. Old buildings with structural damage.
One resident's entire patio ceiling collapsed.
It was good that he wasn't out there at the time.
It I KNOW THIS PERSON AND SAW THE DAMAGE MYSELF.
Loud music complaints are IGNORED.
I put up with it for HALF THE TIME I LIVED THERE!
I complained and notified management in writing.
SHE ASKED ME NOT TO CALL THE POLICE.
Large dogs on the property off leashes.
People don't pick up after their dogs.
Convicted felons live on the property.
Including a man who beat a... woman in the head and knocked her to the ground.
Stalkers, a weirdo filming and tracing plate numbers of everyone on the property and creeping around the parking lot looking into cars with his flashlight
A resident was even threatened with her life.
A woman I met PERSONALLY, was held up by a man with a gun as he told her to move to the passenger seat. She got out of the vehicle and began screaming. A downstairs neighbor ran her attacker off.
Management ONLY POSTED THIS ATTEMPTED KIDNAPPING AT GUNPOINT to the 2 buildings by her building.
Nothing else was said about this or posted.
I was there 6 YEARS and there were only 2 crime watch meetings.
One of them was when the manager was on maternity leave and the substitute hosted one.
The manager is never there. She has a realtor job 25 miles away from this complex.
Her business cards DO NOT EVEN HAVE HER NAME ON THEM!
They have a MAP on the back, DIRECTIONS, FEATURES, A COLORED PICTURE OF THE POOL, a LOGO, BUT DOES NOT LIST WHO THE MANAGER IS...WHY??? Does she have a criminal record too?

I love living here.Everything is close by.Its a quiet property in a nice residential area.The only con is the Manager.She's very unpleasant,rude and uselss.The property could use a replacement.
