Owner is an absentee trumper from Colorado. On site manager is an older lady, suffering from a bit on dementia. She comes across as a sweet old lady when you meet her to tour. But, after you move in, the fun starts. The gates will not work randomly...elevator hasn't worked for about 3 years. COVID was a convenient excuse to stop the trash pickup from the trash rooms. And then, when the common area electric is shut off and you find out it's because of non-payment....you get a non-renewal... because you share that public info with your neighbors. Lee mas

This place is horrible and should be condemned. The floors slope (as stated in the name of the property), the elevator doesn't work and the stairwells are filthy. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I have had literally poop and sewage water coming up out of my toilet and bathtub for two months and they have no fixed it. They continue to “patch” or cheaply rig it to fix it and it starts happening again. They also refuse to replace the flooring in the bathroom that was flooded. No matter if I am living here or someone else, the issues will continue to arise. This property has multiple other issues they refuse to fix and just receive 4 citations from the city just from the outside of the... property. It looks decent on the outside, but the underlying issues are major and they aren’t willing to fix them. Very hazardous, do not move here. Lee mas
