The Premier at Prestonwood is a quiet and scenic community surrounded by local businesses and restaurants meeting the need of the residents.
The office staff are friendly, and willing to address any concerns tenants and future residents may have concerning the complex. They have been very helpful to make our community a safe and secure environment.

Staff here and maitenance team are extremtly prompt and knowledgeable. Good neighbors, only thing is amenities could be a little better - pool and gym might need upgrades

Clean area, lots to do nearby! So far so good nice size townhomes in the Addison area but still close in proximity to downtown Dallas. Central location, not familiar with the schools out here but for singles/couples with no kids i highly recommend

Great place to call home ?? and really enjoy the neighborhood.
The maintenance guys are also great and efficient when you have a request.
Some of the leasing staff that are no longer here were also amazing.

I really enjoy living in my home. It’s cozy and such a wonderful community with so many great places around. It’s convenient to have so many businesses around.
