The layout, space, and 2 car garage is a blessing. The condition of the apartment was horrible and has been an ongoing nightmare, and it feels like we are finding a new problem every day since we have moved in.

The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful. Maintenance has been quick to resolve any problems that we have had. I enjoy being close to the shopping center for easy groceries or to go eat at a restaurant.

For the most part, i love it here. I dislike the 18 wheeler truck that gets to park near the roundabout every day. I dislike the inconsistent resident events.

We apologize for the semi truck that is parked on... the outside of the community. This area belongs to the City of Dallas where this prohibits us from enforcing any regulations or rules. We have reached out to the city and they have confirmed with this area being a public street we must allow parking.

These apartments are too expensive and out dated.
The location is the only reason we are still here.We are already looking to move when our lease expires.
