Flooding
When I moved in I found that my kitchen sink was falling down. Put in a maintenance request and they just screwed a board underneath it to keep it up. Not quality maintenance work if you ask me. My apartment flooded twice during the 1 year and 8 months I lived there. People came to suck up the water and left fans but no repairs were made and it was evident by bowing of the floor and baseboards. The girl next to me had worse flooding and had to stay in a hotel room for at least 3 nights and the... apartment did not pay for the hotel and continued to make her pay rent even though it was not safe for her to be in her unit. The locking mechanism for the dog park was messed up and I had to ask 3 times before it was finally fixed. I bought a house so I terminated my lease early and paid the fee, but the second flood happened about a week and a half before I moved out. There was mold present and the bowing in the floors and baseboards were exacerbated. I was charged a fee for the carpet once my account was settled. Which shows they didnt replace what they needed too. Hope the next residents dont get sick from the mold they will be inhaling. Also, the lighting throughout the property doesnt work and there are no lights at the dog park which is at the edge of the property where there is wildlife including coyotes so it very unsafe. Good luck. Hope your apartment doesnt flood.
