Besides/and despite the continued wetness from a leaking window framing, we love it here. My neighbors are nice for the most part and speak to us often. The front office can be busy, but they do get back to you. Though remember they too are human, so you may need to call them again. My family and I have very little to complain about, and are very thankful to live in this community.

Had a really wonderful experience! The process was very smooth and I absolutely love our apartment! It’s exactly what me and my family need! My little ones finally have their own room to share and play. They are enjoying the ability to run around the apartment and have space for their toys. ?? the community is great and my neighbors are very friendly and welcoming!

I love it here feels so good to be in my own space and out the way ‘ I can’t wait until everything comes along ! Also, the area where I stay is very quiet and peaceful. And my place is very clean , no damages or anything I definitely love it

Management truly found the ideal apartment for me, and it was as close as possible to what I saw on the tour. Their seriousness and professionalism show their commitment to their guests, which is what matters most to those of us looking for a home.

Been here for almost a month and my kids and I love it here. Everyone is so friendly and the staff here are amazing. We love Tamika. Tamika was a huge help when we applied and helped us to get approved so quickly. It’s been amazing experience with The Arwen team.
