Staff is amazing, maintenance is thorough and efficient. We love our home! Some neighbors are loud and inconsiderate at very late hours, but I stay to myself as much as possible. I love the location and couldn't ask for a better place to call home! Thanks to The Arwen staff for helping keep our community beautiful and I also appreciate how friendly all the staff is!!!

I’m disappointed with the lack of safety, neighbors here are inconsiderate of their neighbors and the property, most parents on the property are not watching their kids. The shootings, the weed smoking, the amounts of trash that the complex has to pick up and maintain the property is ridiculous, it looks and sounds like the mass majority of people living here are mentally unstable and it’s very disturbing.

I used to love living here unfortunately I don’t anymore. In the last few months there’s been a lot of shootings. And groups of people walking around at night. Perhaps if the security gates actually worked that may have helped

The community was okay but lately the shooting has ramped up. The dogs mess every where and no one cleans up after their dog. The parking is okay until new people move in and their visitors park anywhere and and half parking
