Besides/and despite the continued wetness from a leaking window framing, we love it here. My neighbors are nice for the most part and speak to us often. The front office can be busy, but they do get back to you. Though remember they too are human, so you may need to call them again. My family and I have very little to complain about, and are very thankful to live in this community.

Had a really wonderful experience! The process was very smooth and I absolutely love our apartment! It’s exactly what me and my family need! My little ones finally have their own room to share and play. They are enjoying the ability to run around the apartment and have space for their toys. ?? the community is great and my neighbors are very friendly and welcoming!

So far everything has been great Ms. Tamika helped me every step of the way with my move in- explained every page when signing my lease, and gave me clear info about parking, visitors, schools nearby wtc.

Very friendly staff and extremely proactive to anything you may need. Apartment itself is nice, love the fireplace. This is my first apartment so I do not have much to compare it to but I would say it is a win all the way around. Tamika in the office is the absolute BEST!!
