Neglected property
I have been living here since the beginning of the year, and overall, I am very disappointed. Many of the amenities advertised are either in poor condition or unusable.
The dog park is unsafe, with broken obstacles and nails sticking out, which is dangerous for pets. The outdoor grills are completely broken and unusable, with damaged handles. There is an outdoor fridge, but it has always been locked, so residents cannot use it. The pool lights have never worked since we moved in.
Our apartment... itself was also not in good condition when we moved in. There was a hole in the closet door, a broken bathroom drawer that keeps falling out, and a loose cabinet door under the sink. The bathtub was not properly sealed, and when we reported it, we were told we would need to leave the apartment during repairs because of the smell. That is nearly impossible for us, as my spouse and I work opposite schedules and one of us is always home. The stove oven light also does not work.
The gym equipment is broken, including in the spinning room, and there are no resident activities offered. Overall, the property feels neglected and overpriced for the condition it is in. Management needs to be replaced with a more efficient team that actually cares and maintains the property and provides the amenities they advertise on their website. At this point, it feels like residents are being scammed.
There are constant weed smells when walking on the property, specially in the evening.
On a positive note, it is nice to see so many rabbits around the complex, and the community itself is very quiet. Maintenance staff is very friendly.
