Sad

Really sad how there’s no effort to make tenants happy, instead the managers get upset and try to convince you the issues are already being solved or are not a big issue.
Fight the vendors not fixing your property, don’t fight your tenants because your lazy work is making their lives irritating. Show some dignity and address your faults for once, instead of whining about how everything “just keeps breaking”

“That gate never worked”
Well they built it for a reason right? You have the ability to...
fix it and impress a whole complex of tenants, but are too lazy. If you take pride in the state of your work I’m appalled.

BIG ROACH AND SAFETY ISSUES. BEWARE

SAFETY AND ROACH ISSUES PICS INCLUDED. I moved in almost 3 years ago and have had nothing but issues with this apartment complex since moving in.

I am not a complainer and I have held off on posting a review until now. All of these roach pictures are from this morning.

The moment I moved in the problems began. Move in day…arrived to pick up my keys for my apartment and was told that it wouldn’t be ready until 5 PM that day, it was 10 AM. The manager didn’t even bother to get up from her desk...
to explain the situation to me. I had to reroute trucks. I had to reroute friends. I had to reroute entire plans that day. I was given a $500 compensation which I appreciated and I assumed that things would just get better from there. They have not.

I am a single woman and I live with 3 children on the ground floor. In October of 22, a neighbor took pictures of a peeping Tom outside of my bedroom window. The apartment complex had no intention of telling me or warning me that this had happened. The neighbor was disappointed at their response and took it upon herself to come and show me the pictures so that I would know and could do what I needed to keep myself and my children safe in my apartment. When I addressed it with the complex and asked why I wasn’t told, the answer I was received was “we had an internal meeting about it”

Since august of 24, I have been asking for them to address a roach issue . My first few emails were completely ignored and nothing was done about it and now regardless of how much I am emphasizing that this is a huge issue, this is an infestation now, no alternative efforts have been taken, beyond spraying. I’m writing this on 1/31/25. So that’s about 6 months of this.

The lights in the parking lot are continuously not even on, the hallways are filthy, the workout room is often unclean and without soap or toilet paper. The dumpster is overflowing on the weekends. There are often no bags for pet waste. I could keep going, but I think you’re probably getting the idea.

I would absolutely advise you to stay away from this complex.

Beware

Be careful when you move out. My rent payment would come out automatically every month. When moving out I provided my 60 day notice and my payments came out as usual. A month after moving out I received a notice that I had a reletting fee of over $2k.
When I spoke with the property management company (Greystar) they informed me that I was being charged the reletting fee for not paying my balance in full. After further investigation I was able to determine I was being charged $2k+ bc I moved out...
on the 1st and was being charged a proration for 1 day of the month. The property failed to take the payment out and neglected to tell me that I would have to make a manual payment if they no longer do auto withdrawals for 1 day of rent at move out. I disputed the charge and they denied it.

Just another sleazy property management company. Rent prices increase dramatically after your first year and they nickel and dime you for other services.

I am sorry to hear that you weren't aware of the move out steps that we provide in an email upon your notice of intent to move out. In the email, we provide detailed move out instructions. The office is also available to answer any...
questions you have about the move out process.
In reg ard to our additional fees, everyone is made aware of what fees are in addition, to your monthly rent when they tour our property and/or sign their lease. Almost every community has some sort of additional fees, that can include, water, trash, sewer, etc. We also have many terms of renewal options available after every lease term and you are also welcome to discuss these with management. I understand you have already moved out and that option has passed. However, if there is anything further you would like to discuss with management, we are available Monday- Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m

Amazing property

This property is so beautiful and well kept. The property manager Mrs. Moore is so well informed about the property that if you have any questions or concerns she will address them. Awesome property but you have to see it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Spend Your Money Elsewhere

Not as great as it looks.

I’ve barely been here 3 weeks and am already very disappointed. If you pay for a covered reserved parking spot, other people will park there anyways & you will be SOL unless the towing company actually comes (also you’ll be the one who has to deal with the towing company & essentially enforcing the parking rules).

Roaches in the units and in the community halls - I live extremely clean and still I’ve had roaches despite this. Pest control came & only sprayed my patio...
despite me saying they were inside. I now have to call pest control again (you have to pay for this by the way) for the second time in 2 weeks here. Roaches in the community hall because people leave trash bags, pizza boxes, etc in the hall way.

The apartment grounds are covered in dog poop, including right next to where the waste bags & bins are. This is disgusting. I carry bags & pick up after my dog every time and others seem to not be able to do it when the bags & bins are right there. It's gross, and I can't even walk my dog without dodging piles of poop and smelling it everywhere. I don’t think this is an apartment problem, but a resident issue - residents don’t care about leaving things filthy.

The units themselves look decent but definitely not as high of quality as you’d think from the online photos. Cabinets are offset, holes & gaps in cabinets, etc.

The nicest part of the community is the community amenities which are great - gym, community courtyards, pool, community office area, those are all beautiful and great. Also, the front desk is kind and polite so I appreciate that as well. Quality of residents and living conditions however not so much.
