Great Complex

Lived here with my Wife and newborn for 15 months, and it's safe to say we had very little issues during our stay. The maintenance staff did a great job responding to requests almost immediately, and the amenities were excellent. The only small issue I had with the actual complex was the thin walls, which are likely not properly insulated. Thankfully we never had noisy neighbors! Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a decently priced apartment in Grapevine.

P.S. Make sure you read...
the move out policy thoroughly! We got our security deposit back in a timely manner.

Great apartment, not so great area.

Great apartment with stunning views of the golf course! The units are clean and well-maintained. While I really enjoyed the apartment itself, I wasn’t completely fond of the surrounding area. Overall, a solid place to live if you enjoy beautiful views and well-kept amenities.

Stay away

Management sucks, coyotes on sites, vehicle thefts and the elevators is always down. you get absolutely no privacy. They will randomly tell you there's a mandatory inspection, and if you are not there when they decide to come within the 48 hour time frame that they give you, you will be hit with additional fees as a lease violation.

Worst Property Managers and security

0 stars is more like it. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I moved into this hell hole a month and a half ago to a brand new building. The property manager or assistant manager was told of the 7 issues from painted over bathroom exhaust vents, chipped counters, glue on floors in multiple places, glue on door knobs, security issues, parking. They lied about inspecting the apartment after the builder released it and lied about cleaning it. Move-in day was delayed a week due to the contractor missing the... deadline. The elevator broke down with my family and movers inside. The office was no where to be found. Finally got ahold of the managers and they said a maintenance worker would be coming in soon. They do not care about leaving people stranded in the elevator for hours and didn't call the fire department. I came into the office on several occasions after this to discuss the issues politely and ask when the issues would be fixed. The response was underwhelming. My first month in the apartment my vehicle and others were broken into. I also asked to move parking spots to at least on my apartment side of the second building, as every spot on the property is reserved. The assist manager snapped at me and said All Spots are Reserved, the parking is connected to the apartment and cannot be changed. I said since there is 10% occupancy and the additional security issues of my or my families deaths maybe we can just look and see. They dismissed me like I was trash. I'm fearful for my life living here. I asked for the Regional Manager and they said no. I asked for the Manager for the apartment complex and they said no. I've called GreyStar Property Management and awaiting a call back. If that weren't enough there is a single dumpster and trash compactor for the entire complex. Weekly trash is overflowing to where you aren't able to open the door to that area and the complex is just over half full. This is the worst Property Managers I've ever dealt with or heard about. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The prices are way to high for the issues and hostile Property Manager environment.

Great Location

Convenient location and great apartment layout. I would just recommend you get your move in date and every detail documented in writing and don’t give notice at your current location or schedule move until you confirm date several times. Also have have pest control treat your apartment and patio before you move in. I have had lots of fire ants, crickets, grasshoppers, and live scorpions in my apartment from construction. Also recommend a Ring doorbell or security system for enhanced security at... night.
