The Carter is an apartment community in Grapevine, TX
Lived here with my Wife and newborn for 15 months, and it's safe to say we had very little issues during our stay. The maintenance staff did a great job responding to requests almost immediately, and the amenities were excellent. The only small issue I had with the actual complex was the thin walls, which are likely not properly insulated. Thankfully we never had noisy neighbors! Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a decently priced apartment in Grapevine.
P.S. Make sure you read... the move out policy thoroughly! We got our security deposit back in a timely manner.
