Alanza Brook Apartamentos

Overall, the complex is safe, quiet and well maintained except for the fitness center. In May there was a huge dead roach on the floor near one of the machines for almost the entire month. The floor in the yoga room is often dirty and sticky. The water fountain has very little water pressure and lots of mold, mildew and rust. With the increase in rent, one would think the amenities used the most would be well cared for, but it's not. The pool is closed every Monday but I have never seen a pool... cleaning company caring for it while it's closed and I live right by the pool so I see it every day. These oversights are really disappointing and lower my opinion about Alanza Brook. Lee mas

Our experience living at Alanza brook has been good! They have good amenities (pool, gym, business center, basketball court) and the staff is very helpful.

Alanza Brook offers a peaceful and well-maintained community with friendly neighbors and responsive management. The apartments are spacious with modern amenities, and the location provides easy access to major highways, shopping centers, and dining options. It's a great place for families and professionals alike.

It will be good if management arrange small kids park/play area at the entrance on right side. I strongly recommend it and other thing is gate open knob should work anywhere from the gate code box till the gate. Sometimes it doesn’t work and we have to stop by and pull the window down to work the knob. This gives very trouble all the time.
