Camden Yorktown Apartamentos

I have only been at this apartment complex one year and everything is fine but the security. My tires have been stolen twice and guess what they do not help at all. The call and act concerned and say oh call the police department and file a report, but for what they are unable to help and i have been to meeting and everything at this complex and still nothing. They do no help with anything and if your car stays in the front of the complex the only concern is when will it be moved.

Don’t be fooled by positive reviews, most likely written by staff themselves. The security is a joke here so if you dont pay the extra $100 for a garage expect your car windows to be broken into and tires or mufflers stolen. This is a problem that has been going on for years and they refuse to do anything about it. Then you are forced to pay $125 for their crappy internet. I moved out because they wanted to hike my rent up $300 per month after my first 1 year lease was over. But mostly it was... because of lack of security!!!! No joke every other night someone’s car is broken into or stolen so dont roll those dice and find a different complex to live trust me!!!! Lee mas

Apartments are great! Staff is great! Maintenance crew are awesome! Only issues is, management does not keep track of who enters the property. I’ve seen vehicles drive in, park in the visitor spot and use the property pool and they don’t live on the property or know anyone that lives on the property. Permit parking as been an issue since day 1 and I’ve been here for 3 years. Their solution was to remove visitor parking spots and make them permit parking. So if you have friends or family visiting... , they would have to park on one side of the property and walk to the other side. Also water tends to be shut off from time to time for unknown reason, and they blame the water company. During heavy storms don’t be surprised if your building has no power and others do. For some reason the power is set up differently throughout the property. Overall property is great! Lee mas

This property is well maintained, and the staff is more than helpful. My service request get taken care of in a timely manner. The gym is open 24/7 so if you're like me and work nights it comes in handy. The pool is very clean,and I like the fact that there are two gas grills in the pool area. Overall a very nice community and look forward to many years here.

The staff on site is very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to all residents! They always listen to any concerns the resident have and take action where needed! we have enjoyed living here with the beautiful amenities, and nice neighbors! We've been here for almost a year now and love our HOME! We love Camden Yorktown!
