Estates At Bellaire

I moved into Estates of Bellaire middle of June 2019, upon moving in my washer did not work, a work order was placed immediately, but the repairs were not completely for 3 weeks. Additionally, not even 2 months after my move-in, an attempted break-in occurred by someone with a key while I was at home. I notified management of this immediately, but no one came to change out the locks until I repeatedly called to get them to change it. This is the ABSOLUTE worse and most terrifying experience I... have ever encountered living anywhere. Management has continuously given me the runaround, and have told me lie after lie. One star is too much for this TERRIBLE place!!! Lee mas

Everything is good about this apartment community like others have mentioned except following move out experience makes it hard for me to rate it-

When you move out, they charge you for cooking Indian food. Reasoning is we received a bill from outlet ozone treatment. We have stayed at five different apartments across mid west and Houston area, have cooked same food throughout but never had any issues after move out. Just something to be aware if you are planning to cook\saute any food in house... .

Leasing office tend to go slow on replying to queries after you move out, it shouldn’t be one time dealing for companies like Berkshire.
They don’t send details of deduction while sending back the security deposit refund check. Good or bad you have to communicate it to your previous resident with same zeal that you have shown when they join or residing. Lee mas

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year, but will be moving out next month. It's been a great apartment! We loved the community! We lived in the 1 bedroom town house with the garage. I love everyone that works at the office, they really do keep you in the loop. We are moving out because they are increasing the rent tremendously and for what they are asking for honestly the apartments aren't worth. They are older and even though they are renovated, I can't justify spending as much as... they were asking for for an old apartment that needed upgrades. The gym is so so. If it's crowded you can just forget about going in and trying to get a workout in. Other than that we've been happy with this place! Lee mas

I was here for a little over a year and a job took me out of town. If I return to Houston, I am heading right back to the Estates at Bellaire. I rented a one-bedroom townhome and I would get home from work and it was so pleasantly quiet I could sit and read without annoyance. If you rent a townhouse - be prepared for stairs! The location is 5 minutes to the Galleria area and Meyerland along with easy access to 610 and 59. It can be congested at times but that is what you get in this area. ... The management and staff are awesome, professional and responsive. This is a great community and would definitely return! The only con I would say is fellow residents are not always considerate in picking up after their dogs. Other than that, this was a hidden gem. Lee mas

This complex is a little out of the way and hidden, cuts down on traffic for sure but is in great location to get around town. Parking garage, half court, gym, rentable theater, outside fireplaces, game room with kitchen, pool, hot tub, infinity lap pool without the huge price jump inside the loop. Defining characteristic...management company. Attentive, professional and fair. Tip: move in the winter. Lower rates.
