The amenities aren’t that great, nice pool but the gym is about the size of a walk in closet. Parking is great ,there’s one reserved space for each unit- good thing I’m single Lol. Had an ant problem and maintenance doesn’t do anything pest related- pest control only comes on Tuesdays which is good they come every week but they didn’t solve the problem and I needed it fixed right away because it was getting worse. I had to go to Home Depot and purchase bags of ant poison myself. But other than... that they’re ok.

Iesha - thanks so much for taking time to let us know about your experience. We're disappointed to hear you weren't satisfied, and may reach out for some more details so we can do better next time. The exterior to the building was treated yesterday... as we stated it would be. There will be a follow-up exterior treatment next week after the forecasted rains move out because rains can cause a resurgence of ants as it has done here recently. Please note that pest control treatments purchased from grocery stores are not to be used because they can negatively interact with treatments already being used by our vendors, and we want residents and pets to be safe.
