At this moment, out of 10, Grove at Wilcrest will get a 6/10. My desired unit wasn’t available because it didn’t “wow” the leasing staff (legit their words). The unit they gave me is fine but I do not have a working stove (been in the unit since April 11, 2025), the patio door does not lock, and the wine fridge has mold in it.
