Hadley Midtown

The apartments are okay, and the pool is beautiful. I like how it's close to everything. However, there are clubs next door and it's loud even during the week, I often see homeless people sleeping right outside the gate. The leasing office staff is very dry and looks like they hate working there. Maintenance is fast.

Very safe and clean complex, I love my unit here. Staff is super responsive to maintenance requests and always keeps me in the loop regarding work orders. I hear virtually zero noise from my neighbors. Can't think of a bad thing to say about this complex.

Camden Midtown has it all: incredibly convenient location, modern and well-maintained amenities, and responsive and caring staff. After living here for a year, I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. My experience from living in many apartments in Houston is that no matter how cool the gym, pool, or area is, if the apartment staff is not responsive and empathetic to your resident needs, your life will be difficult. This is not at all the case at Camden Midtown. The staff (Brenda,... Marcus, Orlando, Ariel) in particular are extremely passionate about what it means to be a Camden resident. Whether it's a happy hour or pool movie night event, or responding to a payment question, they are with you all throughout the way. I am truly appreciative to have been a resident of Camden Midtown and wish the staff all the best. I have been living here for almost nine months. Pros include being in the middle of everything, walking distance to bars and food, close to downtown, nice complex but nothing special. Unfortunately the location makes it a magnet for the homeless. Since I have moved in I have had my bike stolen off my porch, where it was locked up. I have also left to go to work and found a homeless lady passed out at my door in her own puke. Not to mention the beggars everything I step outside the gates or the... people passed out on the sidewalk. I tried to get Camden to do something regarding resident safety but so far I have seen nothing. Couldn't even check the cameras since they have been "down" for weeks. Kind of ridiculous considering the amount of money I pay per month. Needless to say I will be moving when my lease is finally over. Lee mas

This property continues to impress me with their customer oriented spirit. Recently, I had an emergency at my apartment. The maintenance team sent Lazaro to take care of the situation. Lazaro was very patient and professional while helping me with my weekend emergency. He arrived quickly and immediately resolved the issue while being very courteous.. While I tried to apologize for the emergency call, he continued to remind me that he is at the service of the resident and to not hesitate to... contact them if there is ever a problem. After completing the issue that I called for, Lazaro took it upon himself to make another small repair that would improve the ease of entry at the front door. I am very thankful for staff members like Lazaro as he helps to instill the utmost confidence in the Camden staff. Lee mas
