man im so dang happy they changed the staff here!!!! i was bout move but will be stayin as long as the erika and her team are here! she noticed my patio door needed fix and got it done without me even having to go in and report it! now where that happen at these days? no where!

I've been here going on two years now and this is honestly probably the most quiet property in the area. The new management team is great. There are finally people answering the phones and keeping the office open. The grounds stay clean and I've even seen the manager and her assistant out cleaning the amenities themselves. Parking can be tight if you're coming home late but honestly it's never really been a big issue. Its really nice to have ppl who actually care in the office!

If you’re thinking about moving into this Highland Apartment in Houston, you might want to think twice. I actually like this place because it’s quiet and close to downtown Houston, but lately it seems to be going downhill. And by “going downhill,” I don’t just mean the amenities like the pool and gym, it’s also the way they treat the residents here.
First of all, the main gate is always broken. I once saw a brand-new Toyota Camry get all four of its wheels stolen while the gate was wide open... (basically welcoming the thieves in). Another issue is that I don’t understand why they added so many visitor parking spots. They recently added about 10 more visitor spaces, and now there are around 30–35 visitor spots in total, while residents barely have any place to park. If you come home after around 10 PM, you can expect to leave your car out on the street and deal with all the risks that come with that.
I just hope the apartment management considers improving the situation here, because I think most residents genuinely like the overall environment and atmosphere.

I been here for 14 years now best area so far I have enjoyed living
here. Always answer all my question. Maintenance on time in a timely manner. Office is very helpful with lots of knowledge !

This complex is near Hwy 290, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and every other modern convenience. It is a gated community that is always clean and very quiet. Maintenance is a dream and works quickly. All new appliances and upgrades. Upstairs units have vaulted ceilings and large windows that let in so much light. We love it here!
