I absolutely love the area ! It always smells nice and everyone is always happy when you walk next to them. The complex is clean and welcoming for anyone who lives there and any guests who are visiting residents.

INFESTED

I strongly advise potential renters to steer clear of this apartment complex. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The most serious issue is a severe infestation of rats and roaches. Despite multiple complaints and requests for pest control, management has done little to resolve the problem. The pests are not isolated to one unit—this is a widespread issue that affects the entire building.

To make matters worse, the property management is unresponsive and unprofessional.... Maintenance requests are routinely ignored or delayed, and communication is minimal at best. Any promises made by the leasing office are rarely followed through on, and it's clear that tenant well-being is not a priority.

I've enjoyed my time here and still am. The staff is professional and ensures residents are comfortable and have their concerns addressed. I love the scenery around the neighborhood and that everything is nearby.
